In this special episode of Where to Go, James and Lucy are joined by bestselling author Kevin Kwan to discuss some of his favourite travel destinations. The author behind the Crazy Rich Asians series, Kevin takes us on a journey to his childhood in Singapore, adventures in New York City and regular escapes to the island of Capri: the setting for his latest book Sex and Vanity. In this episode you'll not only get travel tips for these places but also an insight into how these destinations inspired - and are woven into - Kevin's books.

James and guest host Elspeth travel to South Africa this week with Johannesburg-based travel guide and writer Jabulile Ngwenya. Hear Jabu, James and Elspeth discuss the diversity of the country, including its cities, natural wonders and people. They discuss her 630-mile adventure around the Path that led to her writing her first book, 2018's The Salt Path and her subsequent move to Cornwall. In this special edition of the podcast, to celebrate the release of our book Ride: Cycle the World, James speaks to writers Jenny Tough and Tom Owen and editors Elspeth Beidas and Rachel Laidler.
