I am a publisher in DK’s Children’s division, specialising in books for children aged 9 and older. I’ve been at DK for many years and am immensely proud of our heritage and role in the lives of children around the world.

I’m always interested in hearing new ideas for books, and not just new editorial ideas, I love to see new ways of visualising information in a way that really catches kids’ attention.

I have so many favourite books that it’s hard to choose just one, but I’ll go for Knowledge: A Visual Compendium, a book that showcases the best of DK’s children’s publishing: fun, inspiring, eye-catching, educational, and beautiful.

A book I wish I’d published…

The book I’d like to have published is Egyptology – you’ll remember it, it was the big gold book with faux jewels on the cover? It’s the kind of book kids cherish and remember for the rest of their lives.
