Diwali celebrations at DK India office

On Wednesday,15th October, Diwali was celebrated in the DK India office with lots of sparkle, laughter, and festive cheer! The day began with everyone greeting each other with bright smiles and brighter outfits. The office turned into a riot of colours, glitter, and good vibes.

The celebrations kicked off with a Rangoli Competition that saw some serious creativity on the floor. The Pre-production team was crowned the colourful champions!

What followed was pure fun – a flurry of games, peppy music, and impromptu singing that had everyone tapping their feet and laughing out loud. It was then time to announce the winners of two competitions. The black-and-white photography contest was a big success, with 60 brilliant photographic entries. Ashok Kumar from the Pre-production team was the winner, followed by Anuroop Sanwalia from Travel, and Aditya Katyal from Picture Research.

The Wellbeing Champions also organized the Great Strides contest, an office-wide steps challenge that ran through the month of September. Prizes were awarded to three champions, who logged a staggering number of steps, with Jaypal Singh Chauhan recording a whopping 843,349!

The air buzzed with excitement, friendly banter, and endless applause. No celebration is complete without food, of course, so everyone enjoyed sweets and savouries, making it all the more delightful!

As the day came to a close, hearts were light, smiles were wide, and spirits were high. We bid goodbye to worries and welcomed Diwali’s true essence – love, light, and laughter!
