All correctly completed entries will be judged by the Promoter’s employees and then an independent judge. There will be four winning schools. The winning questions will be those that in the opinion of the judges are the most interesting.

The Promoter will contact the winning schools directly via email.

The prize for each winning school is a school visit / virtual lesson with one of the 'Ask An ‘Ologist' 2024 speakers (whose expenses, including reasonable transport if possible, will be covered by the Promoter) alongside a pack of 50 Eyewitness books. The school visit will be arranged by the Promoter at a time to be mutually agreed between the winning school, the speaker and the Promoter.

Other than those specified above, the promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with this prize and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the winner as result of accepting this prize.

Prizes are subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The winning schools will be notified via email by 17/03/2024, with the winning questions announced during the 'Ask An ‘Ologist' livestream on 20/03/2024. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
