Dr. Hayley Jones leads RHS research into slugs, a huge concern for many gardeners. Her mission is to find effective and environmentally friendly controls for problem slugs while educating people about them. Hayley is a fantastic communicator and shares the latest RHS research with members and the gardening public face-to-face at shows and events; through the RHS Gardening Advice service; through press interviews; and more recently during television appearances, such as on BBC Newsround.
