The everyday ritual of cooking is one of my greatest joys, and I am privileged to share inspiration, insight and practical solutions for one of life’s simplest pleasures on DK LIFE’s evolving food and drink list.

I’m always keen to hear about new voices, concept-led cookery with razor-sharp execution, experts at the forefront of their fields from nutritionist to medical doctors, and viral content creators with substance. We love launching debut authors, building brands and creating long-term publishing homes.

I am enormously proud to have published the recent instant Sunday Times bestseller The Unprocessed Plate by industry-leading nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert. It is a brilliantly executed example of solution-driven publishing; informative, authoritative and right on the pulse. Happily, it’s also our third Sunday Times bestseller for Rhiannon at DK.
