I’m seeking submissions that share this spirit, be it self-improvement that offers a crash course in living better, popular psychology and/or philosophy that helps us unlock our potential, nature writing that recentres the soul, or popular science that makes us think harder and smarter (and provides many a conversation starter!). If it’s written by an expert, offers a unique perspective on how we live, and makes me see myself – and the world – differently, I want to read it.
A book I’m proud of…
The heartwarming memoir, Counting Penguins, which charts adventurer Peter John Watson’s life-changing experience as a wildlife monitor at Port Lockroy in Antarctica. If we need a reminder that spending time among animals and stepping off the treadmill of life can change us for the better, it’s this book.

A book I wish I'd published...
Oliver Burkeman’s Meditations for Mortals: a liberating antidote to the ‘productivity trap’ we exist in, and the permission we all need to calm our minds.
